This document is constituted as Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) governing access, navigation and use of the website located at URL https://www.theluckylockers.com (hereinafter “the website”), is owned by Fama Lockers s.l. with NIF B75308437 (hereinafter “LuckyLockers”).

Lucky Lockers is an automated locker store that offers users to rent lockers for storage. Reservation terms are established on a calendar day basis, excluding the possibility of making reservations for 24-hour periods.

The time slots available for hiring slogans:

– 2 hours

– 4 hours

– Calendar day (all the time available from the time the service is contracted until 23:00 hours of the same day, which is until the premises are closed to the public).

The available slogans are available in 3 sizes, all in cm:

– Medium (M): 40 high x 50 wide x 60 deep

– Large (L): 50 high x 50 wide x 60 deep

– Extra Large (XL): 90 height x 50 wide x 60 deep

Our pricing scheme varies according to the season. The available price is updated daily in our booking engine both on the premises and on the website and is verifiable by the user before contracting and paying for the service.

In case the contracted time is exceeded, a 15-minute courtesy period will be granted to pick up/ vacate the contracted locker. After 15 minutes and 1 second, a charge of €2 will be made for each block of 20 minutes exceeded. This balance will have to be paid at the POS system available at the venue before the locker can be opened to collect the belongings.

In the event of any type of blockage or malfunction, users can contact us by telephone on +34 682 541 056 and/or by e-mail at hi@theluckylockers.com between 07:00 and 23:00 hours.

The reservation and payment of our service can be done in two ways. The first, directly in the store through the smart screen and POS terminal available in the store. And the second, through the website. Both processes as follows:

1. Go to www.theluckylockers.com

2. Choose the size, date and duration. Make a reservation.

3. Use the code we send you by email to access/open the box office during the reserved time.

Payment procedures through the website located at the URL www.theluckylockers.com will be by Visa, Maestro or Mastercard.

The contract may be formalized only in Spanish.

The price includes VAT and the corresponding commissions for the use of bank cards.

Limits on the use of slogans:

– The use of the lockers is to deposit goods belonging to the user making the reservation. No unlawful purpose or means shall be authorized through the use of the slogans.

– No food or odor-producing objects may be introduced into the lockers.

– In case of using the locker to deposit a good to be picked up by a third party, the user who has contracted the service will be responsible for any event that may occur.

– The user may not remain on the premises longer than necessary to deposit or remove his or her belongings.

– The user may not eat or drink inside the premises.

– It is not allowed to introduce goods of special value (jewelry, electronic devices, etc.), being the user responsible for such action.

– It is not permitted to take photographs or videos inside the premises. It is also forbidden to take any kind of photograph or video of the security devices.

Responsibility of the user in case of non-compliance with its obligations:

The user shall indemnify Lucky Lockers for damages arising from the breach of the relevant obligations in this contract.

Failure to comply with rental terms:

The user must empty the rented locker(s) before the expiration time/date of the contracted rental period. Otherwise, Lucky Lockers will be authorized to access the lockers in order to release them and allow other users to use them.

Lucky Lockers will try to contact the user who has missed the rental period in order to return the packages, and the user will have to pay 20€ for each day of delay. Lucky Lockers will temporarily store the packages until fifteen days have elapsed without being able to contact the user.
